Hate crime by my cousins and some contacts " from my previous universities"

Dear Dr. MacDiarmid,

I would like to know how to oblige SFU, UBC, Kwantlen and VCC to investigate a bizarre hate crime committed against me by some former acquaintances.

I have tried to contact the human rights tribunal but have been given the run around I believe since they seem completely unwilling to assist me with some extreme instances of aggravated assault and violent perverted mental cruelty. I believe that this is a hate crime based on gender, ethnic, handicap, and place of origin bases mostly. I am frequently in a lot of physical pain from porno techniques with which I am not particularly familiar since I detest porno. I believe I am being treated with cruel and unusual punishment largely for this reason: eg that I hate vulnerable people being exploited and abused and have attempted to defend them for as long as I can remember.

I do not believe in corporal punishment and I do not believe in the current  "strict" government that only "speaks to" matters that it learned in its schooling. eg the military industrial complex lingo and the lingo used in business. This business perspective hates to educate because you should pay dearly for any info yet at the same time I find myself in a state of slavery whereby I am unable to eat, think, walk, and frequent any social events because of the cruel physical restraints imposed on me by my military/airforce cousins and their business associates. I have also been subjected to extreme sexual cruelty including having been sterilized in Alta. I am attempting to seek redress but am unable to find a lawyer willing to challenge todays ethos; it would be an unpopular position to take. My cousins have logistically isolated me to associate with their business associates who take military industrial complex stances. If I complain about the fact that I only find myself with these people or about the resulting denial of services, then I am physically tortured surrepticiously of course. Because I do not enjoy my cousins company and they hate me quite frankly, I am of the firm belief that the issue of security system traps and the misuse of residential and building security systems is ripe.

Also, i find that other people are unable to voice the fact that they are similarly tortured. I don't receive responses about these matters from the Housing Minister. I can forward my comments to you or you can find them on the net.

I believe it is an education problem. There are no lawyers willing to challenge the privacy issues the universities are unwilling to recall. They pay lip service to being fond of privacy but only for the faculty and staff , I gather. I was disenfranchised  so that I am considered a no problem mark for just about any faculty that wants to hit on me. Where my sense of  humour might have led me, my physical disability has left me without anyone to share my good nature. I am so devastated that a man would dress in a black hood and shoot at me from a hydro apparatus that my fear gets the better of me.

I attempted to complain to the College of Physicians and Surgeons but no one there is of like mind apparently. They apparently believe that passive aggressive logistics by physicians is about as mature as they can get and of course they know they are adult because they use porn.

The lawyers in the community have failed most homeless people. I do not believe I discovered this problem with the security systems and      "policing".  I am a reasonably educated female with a double major but because of the hate crime some of my former acquaintances  and their assoc. were able to get the better of me in a conversation with passive aggressive tactics and aggravated assault.  I need a lawyer to assist me now to defend my interest in work, not being looted and tortured out of housing, and in defending my belief in medicare, education for all Canadians especially, and an environmental position that means a return for the earth, air flora and fauna. Is there a lawyer that would be there under probono for me to stand up to the places where I step on police toes because they believe women shouldn't meddle in security system issues: they like to feel like cops.

I notice you are a physician in Education. Please lets give people like my physician cousins a rest. I'd like them to stop their crazy making because I don't like to spend my time the same way, enjoy the same religion, and people.

Crazy Remembrance Day

Dear Mr. Coleman:

I am awaiting a reply to my last letter.

I have also attempted to submit a complaint to the Residential Tenancy branch since my arrival in October, 2008. I was turned away because of my poverty, having been harassed by a landlord's group. I complained to Pivot Legal Society to seek assistance, legal aid, trac, and dera. I was blacklisted at all locations including having applications for B.C.housing misplaced 3X.

From a recent re-attempt to submit a complaint to RTB I received a response from a Ms. Taryn A. Evans of the RTB, supervisor. She told me again that my application was inapproprately filled out. Yet the government by charter and provincial legislation is not supposed to discriminate against the poor, handicapped, sick, and people in difficulty finding housing through no fault of their own. I have not got proof of homelessness or low income handy except that these requirements of timely proof require peaceful enjoyment of residence. The landlord groups porny violence makes difficult the accumulation of proof, and since the users of porny violence tend to be conservative, connected with the mining, forestry, military/airforce, engineering, eugencics/ socred/fascist supporters,and related professions they do not understand handicapped issues very well. They do know how to handicap people, how to cripple/maim, disrupt the life of young, middle aged, and older women that are weaker by virtue of the greenback almighty,- and to kill: to snuff ; religious moral issues are usually only an alibi for purposes of money laundering purposes or to control economically, blinding their victims into thinking that they are the beholders of the future. The brutalizing of women, children, youth, and the vulnerable tends to take WW2 lines, a shakedown of hatred and torture to subjugate someone into complying with sex/"service" on demand.

Having dealt with the BC RTB since returning to BC, I find it hard to believe that the people working there are seriously trying to fight for tenants at all. ms. Evans for example would seem to have conservative connections to the mining community of Thunder Bay. I do not want to believe that all the cronies take ethics lightly smugly, and in a bemused fashion as though they had just watched someone kill a cow,and then dreaming of the steaks smile. Optimistcally, you would assume that most would know that brutal violence, torture with illegal weapons, and use of logistics security surveillance equipment to stun, confuse and rob people make it difficult to be the perfect bureaucrat. I am fleeing the brutal violence of a landlord's group connected to some of the above mentioned folks. I submitted documents to local offices 3X ; reprisal, however, I am sure you are aware, makes "timing" unlikely. Please accomodate the disadvantaged, somen/women, children, the handicapped and vulnerable.

When people are abused as they have been in the so called olympic or whatever rationalization homelessness crisis, it can only be a hate crime. It can only be a matter of why the second world war was fought. People given opportunity enjoy creative work and the result. This has been reiterated numerous times during the post war period. The goal of war is peace. We cannot serve Harpars military bizarre bazar: the land is crying out in disgust at the cement, radiation, gases, and the birds won't sing, the fish won't swim, lizards won;t stick out their tongues and the insects won't buzz for your children.

Sex crimes and violent pornography are a war/hate crime. Happy Remembrance Day.

Dear Mr. R. Coleman:

I understand you have recently put money into the study of homelessness. I am wondering if part of this money will consider the effects of security systems including porno systems on the fact of homelessness.

My cousins, one an engineer and others physicians, regularly during the last few months, bug my apartment, punishing me with electric and other shocks eg. using illegal weapons eg. CED weapons to punish me for being different from them. They also apparently as far as I can determine have business contracts with people in the university community such that my former professor(s) stalks and assaults me regularly, making threats, and from time to time his father a member of the eugenics society also voices in his hatred eg. somewhat bemused confessing that he had maimed me as a teenager and been involved in the murder by dissipation of my father. This is only the tip of the iceburg for the violence I have been victim of as a person who has acted as a housing advocate from time to time.

One problem is that professionals often invest in real-estate to augment their income. These people do not have a license or training to be landlords. Even if they did have a certificate in landlord 100, the problem is that people like Dr.Lockharts father LP Lockart do not have trouble finding work even though eugenics belief systems were fought against during the 2nd WW. Most people in the business community currently throwing away people are folks that are very, very acquisitive and people who have thrown away, similarly, post depression values of sharing community, sharing resources and making a mutual effort to help the disadvantaged. In fact evictions are often attempted murder and these days attempted murder with security systems is thinly disguised or rather entertainment from my experience. How do we move forward? The destruction that has resulted is everywhere to see. The city environment is not planned for survival, for sustainability or for
offering those living there chances to improve their lives because the security systems in place are that damning and made for convenience of a man with a gun. The end result is that a war has occured behind the scenes, that has gutted many areas. The war as all wars are destructive for all in the community.

The secret war has resulted in firstly people being unable to defend themselves against the robber baron initiatives of recent years. There has been a gps sound system stalking and terrorizing people with hatred brought to you by racists and eugenicist/fascist types. I have attempted to bring a case against this gps system in several different ways but the reprisal is deadly. Normally, post war years valued the notiion of peaceful period where a person was not shot for opening their mouths but these values are being eroded. This is what the homelessness crisis is all about.

The targets of homelessness: people are often homeless as the result of offenses against the Charter of Rights and Freedoms by robber barons of the foreign ownership, Fort McMurray renegade, capitalist kind, many older men that figure the earth is ready to die anyway. Most of them are specialist types not generalists and take one of their bretherns word quite religiously. As usual criticism of conservative beliefs is not relished but avoided so conservation of resources and sharing health information has been something that most people do not consider to be mature even today. Adult is a word porno has adopted and I believe that adult is most often still equated with sexual information a sad testimony to the hazards of selling affection.

My question then is : Will your government review legislation to include security system legislation so that a surgeon general type warning comes with every apartment; so that the sex trade is not using illegal weapons: so a blind folded man is not shooting at a blindfolded woman; so that apartments/low cost housing must not be a torture chamber or used as a torture chamber.

Dear Sir and Mme:Please ask the business associates of Donna Law Rose and her family to cease and desist violent and brutal criminal harassment: including mental and physical cruelty and torture connected with your business community in particular mining and music industries. By this I include all persons connected with the Lakehead Light Horse association and those South African and British physicians that did the so called knee surgery on me who thinly disguise themselves as some version of humanism but are stridently nazi admirers.Last night was not the first time I have been subjected to pogrom scenes, people screaming including myself; rumours of people in containment areas and being burned or stuffed in varous manners in the walls of the low cost housing in which I find myself. I am not a garborator afficanado so I am not acquainted with blue machine baggies and how the blue machine works. I was also tortured as a civilian by illegal weapons that use radiation. But I grew up in TB and know you folks from hanging out with some of you. I left as soon as I could. It is only this extremely conservative period of time that has allowed DLRs friends to feel strong enough to torment the vulnerable. They matured into nazi admirers and I see you have opted for German and in my opinion nasty Ukranian ( they aren't cows: the cow; DAKOW), in your policing:Morins, Morrows,etc incl. and as your mayor (yes your mayor would seem to be aware in detail about the premeditated torture/theyused to be neighbours). So the "entertainment" for someone is eugenics "bating" such that I'm still not pregnant, and Donna Law Rose is -quote 'much more vaginal' etc. and boy did I as a Polish Canadian woman (whose father and his kin supported the allies during the war) am not going to even get asked out on a date. {How unusual in TB) I hear the ha ha that I'm a bell weather for Hendersons and McEacherns and they certainly do pester me incessantly and I do know them from highschool eg when Debbie McEachern tried to commit suicide apparently. Anyhow, as I mentioned apparenty I'm a bellweather for the social movements of the post depression eg now it's.down with anti racism, down with social welfare programs and medicare, down with anti-smoking etc. I am still pro social welfare programs and medicare because the poor can't get above the water otherwise. The fact is that Lother Bode and his dear stressed out son Mark, I gather have shares in PhillipMorris because they were stalking and harassing me: eg. my big kiss in Quebec. Well this may seem frank of me to discuss but you might understand as these social programmers know that deucing a person or Finlanding a person or Uking a person can turn you off when your discussing at the same time a pogrom against Polish Canadians... But it seems it's business as usual in TB and no amount of environemental disaster is going to stop the usual Florida porn to turn all the boys into brethern. So I gather you folks get used to seeing maimed women, with shaved,drugged, and deformed pubic areas and deformed feet and limbs and bruised swollen faces. These must be the women that didn't have the rich daddies that the kids across the hall did. (Hammarskjolds across the hall are diving into my basement as #@$%-tease)I'm most definitely not the McCarthy type and listing these low lifes wouldn't be McCarthyism in any stretch of the imagination because they are monitary, vaginal people....Difficulty is a synonym roughly for program, that German speakers of TB might find easier to pronounce. Well, the difficulty is that Donna Law Rose and her very directive Daddy are even bombing me when I try to take care of my interests. This is not acceptable in a democracy. I understand that democracy is not at all the interest of the mining community, policing forces, and certainly not the propoganda forces including the music industry. Nano, robotics and biotechnology is mainly associated with human trafficking and is repugnant to the mentally healthy and in a democracy. I am requesting again and again formally that you cease and desist using me, my image and cease and desist stalking me with your "market research companies". I did not sign a contract; I did not volunteer for America; I did not even join a commune in the 60s. I gather this is why they decided to maimed me repeatedly; and bitterly criminally harass me.I'm open to discussion in a hearing at court about why you would spread hatred about me and my father and even my hard working mother. Briefly though, I gather that it is an alibi for those who want to deflect attention from the jobs they held in TB, what they did during the war and worse their extracurricular activities of the day.Dr. Richard Lockhart and his dad LP Lockhart a known eugenicist, confessed to the maiming and being involved/murdering my father.
